I have multiple interfaces on my system. I would like irssi to use a
specific interface, depending
on which IRC server I am connecting to. Is that possible ?

What do you mean by "interfaces". The term is so overloaded to be
completely meaningless here with no context.

"interfaces " as in network cards as in eth0, eth1, wlan0, tun0,etc,etc.

You can configure a network in irssi to use particular local IP address, see
"-host" parameter in /help network.

I think /server has the same parameter as well, if you do not want to set up
your networks the proper way for some reason. :)
